Requesting a refund

For a Paddle purchase, use Paddle Buyer Support or the help link in your receipt. Include the purchase email and order reference, but never full payment-card details. For product problems, contact support@plotzydraft.com; we can help with the app and direct your request to the appropriate purchase support.

Policy

Paddle’s Refund Policy applies to purchases it processes. Refunds outside a statutory entitlement are assessed under that policy. We do not advertise an additional unconditional money-back guarantee. Your statutory rights concerning faulty, unavailable, or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.

EU / EEA consumer withdrawal

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous statement to the seller identified in the Paddle receipt before the deadline. The precise seller contact details and applicable withdrawal instructions must be supplied before purchase. A withdrawal does not require the optional model wording below.

Immediate supply of digital content

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the withdrawal right can expire when supply begins only if the applicable legal requirements have been met. These include your express prior consent to immediate supply, your acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right, and the required contract confirmation. Merely describing a product as digital or Early Access does not remove consumer rights.

Reimbursement

If a valid statutory withdrawal applies, reimbursement is due under the applicable rules, generally within 14 days after the seller is informed, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without an additional reimbursement fee. Paddle handles reimbursement for Paddle transactions.

Optional withdrawal wording

To the Paddle seller named on my receipt: I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of PlotzyDraft:FlowBoard. Ordered on: …; order reference: …; consumer name and address: …; purchase email: …; date: … . Add a signature only if sending the notice on paper.
